Gwen Dahlberg
Class Teacher
Gwen has taught English in Taiwan, China and Hong Kong both in schools and professional offices as well as privately as a tutor. When her children were at primary school, Gwen helped establish an English library and assisted with reading programmes. These experiences taught Gwen the importance of teaching reading to young learners, as good readers become good writers. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Modern Languages (University of Westminster), Certificate in Traditional Chinese Ink Painting & Calligraphy (Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts), Advanced Diploma in Business Administration (HKPC), and Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (CTESOL). Gwen is the Class Teacher for the Personalised Learning Class at Silvermine Bay School.
