Anne Rimmer

Anne grew up in Hong Kong and completed her secondary education in the UK before gaining a bachelor’s degree from Durham University. She returned to Hong Kong in 1998 and initially worked in educational consultancy before moving into English language teaching with children from preschool to secondary age. Anne completed her PGCE at Bath Spa University in 2022 and has spent the past three years working in a children’s home and school in the UK before returning to Hong Kong this year. She is passionate about fostering a growth mindset and mindfulness skills in children from an early age and is looking forward to joining Silvermine Bay School as the Reception Class teacher in August.
